=Joint Chief of the Traditional Army, Colonel Horacio Ehrlich Mercado="Well, DRL actually preffers the word 'Autocratic' to refer as him... As if that made a difference, ha-ha." He said. If he could have had a cigarrete now, he would have let out a puff of smoke. That is, if he had ever smoked... "As for the aid, very well. I only have one thing to say." He paused. "That is, in the case we later have to repaid the aid in money, our Army's budget is rather limited, as of now. In the case that money is not a problem... Then all is welcomed." He said. Governor Militant IX"Well, I wouldn't ask for repayment. We have a lot of well maintained surplus. Like, we have a couple million older GK-I tanks. Some of the older AIFVs. Lots of guns. Assault rifles, machine guns, snipers. I have... heavier weapons. Long range missiles. They are not nuclear though. We did away with most of our ground nuclear weapons. What we have is on our warships. Any of that interest you?" =Joint Chief of the Traditional Army, Colonel Horacio Ehrlich Mercado= "Of course." Replied the now excited Colonel. "As of now, the only equipment left is the one that survived La Revolucion. And that is barely up to date with our standards... So well, any aid will be appretiated. Even the missiles." He replied.

OOC: for most of the native English speakers proper English is a second language...crap English is the first (you probably know how the speak the language better than most of the native speakers)...If you really want to see the language really abused...go to England.
Neither of the leefin were used to road transit when it came to mass transit.
Sie looked at the bus and said "This is odd to us, almost all of the main mass transit in the commonwealth rail based and well they run like clockwork. They will get you to X by Y, transit running on roads can't do that.
Surely the use of road transit means you can't be the guarantee people get to where they should be in time? Our fastest trams run at 60 mph, but there is little point in making them faster, our commuter trains run at 80 mph at most, our smaller intercity lines run at 150 mph. The CATs run at 300 mph, going faster than that at ground level causes issues, well that and they are pushing the limits of rail travel.
Our transit is cost effective and energy efficient, having those thing hover must waste energy if they have to stop allot?
Hell out inner city trams use flywheels to save energy as they only stop for, at most 30 seconds, at designated locations."
Sie assumed the bus would stop at designated locations the only buses that didn't do that were the ones in the remote areas and they were very much wheeled.
Tie smiled "By the way you have some really nice stuff in the craft, I'll cook your boss a damn good feed, well them and how ever many others....I like cooking with top quality stuff."
Sie laughed "Well a word of warning Tie tends to make curries that will blow your head off perhaps not what your leader will like. They are hot by my peoples standards the don't taste it to begin with, but they build.
If your boss likes hot food, let her loose on the kitchen...it might be funny to see how the others handle it."
Tie smiled "Well in connection with that, we can offer you the bugs needed to recycle food waste and turn it into energy and fertiliser...it does not require energy to reclaim chemicals, we have bugs that do that...well most useful chemicals.
The digesters produce energy once they get going."
Sie shrugged "And we can offer to pass over you over to the CMT, it's a mutual that does efferent long range, tram, suburban, underground, blah blah rail systems that might save you a few bob.
They can do 400 mph maglevs but don't usually as there are few uses for them, most people prefer knowing when they will get there and knowing they will be on time to being ten minutes early.
Well that and a properly set up MAT E formation running on MAT confirmed lines has no limit on it's length or pulling power, they have done a giga-ton train before."
The pair seemed relaxed and Sie smiled "Well that's the sales pitch done, I'm hungry, is there a place I can grab a quick snack?"

Was not that English? lol. ) =Minister of Internal Affairs, Drae Selek='Whoa. I am getting slow on this fast-talk thing.' Though the orange fox, just before replying. "Well, the hover system is not that costly, and the energy is self-renewable... Basically, the waste generated is reprocesed so it is reusable again as the energy source. Kind of the process in a refrigerator, but powered by itself." He said. As the bus stoped. "Well, line #2-A I see. The slowest. Goes at 70 km/h when in the hoverway." He blinked an eye at his guests. "As for food, we are not that far from the City of Free Sentients. We can meet the Space Fleet Commander, by the way, if you want..."

Tie smiled "What ever is most convenient"
She figured that the pair of them had overloaded the guy. Some times that worked, but it was clear it hadn't this time.
Sie smiled "Is there any location on the bus we should sit? We would rather not cause offence"
Sie had picked up on the fact that two black furred, sari clad, Leefins might be kind of be noted round here. Tie was also noting that they would stand out more than a little and showing a little concern.

The minister noticed that, as this was a quiet Centralizan night, there was little people on the bus. A young fox teenager who did not look like he was completely fine, and now the minister and his guests. There was no driver, as line #2-A was run by and for 'Robotic Sentients'. A cooperative of sentient hovervehicles. The minister checked his ID card on a tab and the payment was deducted. He paid for his guests too.

Tie smiled and sat down by the window "Hmm this is different. I'll do dinner." she smiled nudging the Minister of Internal Affairs.
"Is this a normal bus? It looks a little strange to me." distracting him.
Sie sat next to the teenage fox and smiled "So what is this place like? People like it here?"
Leefin diplomats never broke laws but did tend to bend them from time to time. Nothing that had been said could be counted as an act against the government. But they might find out interesting information.

Nothing that had been said could be counted as an act against the government. But they might find out interesting information. =Minister of Internal Affairs, Drae Selek="Yes, this is a fully... 'Automated Bus' " said the Minister in a rater low tone. Then wishpering, he added "these 'Sentient' beings do not like being called 'automatic', though." Meanwhile the teenager fox heard Sie, and he wake up. Apparently he had been in some sort of pleasant dream. "Oh-yeah-musiii--- What?!" he looked around. "Oh, man! I feel asleep in the bus again!" The Minister, who had not noticed him until now, quickly turned to face the fox. "Jake?! What are you doing here at this time of night? Your mother is going to call the entire Centralizan Armada!" "Uncle Drae!" Replied the fox back. "Long time no see! Heard you are the Supreme Minister of Silly Walks! How it feels that, uh?" Unlike his uncle's, Jake's fur was blue, and while he looked like he was 17 or 18 years old, he obviously did not act his age. Drae Selek thought that, if he had been Max Du Pont, the Minister of "Marginal Duties", he would have facepalmed. But he was more cheerful than Max. "True. Long time we not see, nephew!" He came into account of the situation he was in. "Oh, my apologies... Ladies, this is my nephew, Jake Selek." "Yeah and I'm awesome and cool and..." "...Should not be there at these hours of night..." The minister interrupted the fox's fast-talk.

Tie and Sie exchanged glances, they were not sure if this was a joke or not. Even the socialist party stopped short of wanting a ministry of silly walks they the were keen on a ministry of just about everything else. The fact was the socialist party in the commonwealth was insanely authoritarian..well had become so. They had spokes furs on things the current government hadn't thought possible, cheese production...the commonwealth didn't make much of that, Roccoian representation...last they check they're were about seven possible Roccoian in the country even then they were not sure if they were Roccoian, a woman's rights spokes person....most of the commonwealth was matriarchal, hell most of the cabinet was female like the MPs...if anything they needed a male rights minister..but it never occurred to them and who knew what else..
The fact of the matter was the average length in office of a socialist party leader was about a year. Then they would start spouting about morality and the media would have a field day. The thing was the media could not touch the liberals that left people alone, no one cared if they were taking drugs, were drunk, screwed about, what ever. They didn't tell them how to live their lives, the socialist and the conservatives did.
Hippocracy was what got them kicked and both were well down in the polls. The conservatives were running the risk of becoming a minority party as most of their leaders lasted less than three months.
Sie enquired, interrupting quietly to Jake "Sorry to ask but is your fur colouring natural? I have never seen a blue fur before, we have green ones back home.
This is an honest question as we lack information about this place.
Sorry if I'm causing offence."
Tie shrugged to Drae "You don't really have a ministry of silly walks do you?"
She thought for a second "You might, if you do I assume it's a way to keep people happy as I assume he is the son of someone important.
Zero budget, no staff...kinda what we use titles for back home?"

At least to my thinking. I usually spend my days leading with issues which are of interest to the whole nation; as you may notice after spending some time here, we have no minister of 'health' or 'internal economy'... I take care of all of that." Jake interrupted. "Well, I'm no regular fox. That's right, because I'm awsome." The minister continued talking. "His fur's color is from the Lazuli foxes. They are from a distant star system, but came in barrage here. First they stopped at Lylat, where their merchants told them about our nation. They settled, and as years passed their cultured merged with ours, becoming part of our national heritage. My nephew here is son of my brother. Again he should not be there, after all he is just 17.... And the Centralizan age to drink is 21. "I am not THAT young... Geez." replied the blue fox. "And where you ladies come from, by the way?" he asked. "Please... Show some respect Jake..." he glanced at Jake.
