The first objective was a, 'counter-strike' against the Miokalians' movie trailer. This upload, instead of doctored imaged of the Anean/Federation war, contained the full glory of the Harmony, with the images and videos of the shining cityworlds and the technologies...the undoctored and uncensored footage of the Aneans and the Federation fighting, and the Pudrian call to order. A single system that took on an entire galaxy and (almost) won. Ship after ship after ship, tank after tank, billions upon billions of soldiers.
Footage and recreations taken from memories and logs showed the templeships of PudrIX laying waste to entire solar systems, annihilating entire fleets with a single battle group. The Federation/Anean Empire alliance that formed to stop them, too late, the Welhan Protocol, put to use, and failing, as the Pudrians kept coming.
Only one world survived the Scourge and fought back. Haroma III.
The footage included the ruthless efficiency of the Pudrians, who were NOT odd grey people, but were once humanoids, appreciative of the arts, and of splendor, turned into war machines. Implants and weapons were sported on every citizen, and the brutality of the Pudrians was now shown, alongside the brutality of the other inhabitants of Andromeda.
The most fearsome footage of all was of a massive battlestation referred to by the Aneans as a 'Replicator Station'. A massive construct capable of disassembling and reassembling matter and energy into whatever templates the user so desired. The station was impregnable, building ship after ship after ship, an almost endless supply, built by the atoms of the dead and the 'unpurified.'
This upload, when finished, was followed up with by several malicious attacks across the globe.

And now an emergency address by the SudoApparateur Hiyike Andertol and the Third Apparateur, Adie Qualt.
(Andertol stands waiting by a podium in an office inside the Secretary Tajir's manor. Then begins.)
"
Most of you have heard by now that an invading alien species has appeared on an island north of the country of Suikodan.
This alien species has not responded to any diplomatic overtures from either organic or inorganic sources, and has stated their intention to exterminate both.
The other alien species which landed recently and was considerably more receptive to diplomatic engagement is now leading the fight against this invading force, as it seems our world has become a significant theater of operations in an extraterrestrial conflict.
Look at the Pudrian propaganda. You see a different world than what the entertainment industry has created based on the Anean version of history. The Pudrian propaganda illustrates a world of marginal progress at astronomical and inexcusable cost. Their technology well within the realm of our imagination, and some of it even within our understanding. They present to you: a world which cost perhaps trillions of lives to create, which is well within our grasp at a vastly lower cost.
Which is why we are forced to become allies of the ASE, despite our disgust at their ways. They are the only way to contain the Pudrians until we are able to find a way to liberate them.
I am asking you to envision a near future where "extermination" is a word banished from the lexicons of international dispute, at the galactic level. I am telling you that this lofty goal is within our grasp and the ASE provides an opportunity for this.
The Geogadiy project Axial FTL drive will carry
OUR way of peace to every corner of the galaxy, through the establishment of trade. And it will not require the deaths of billions to do it.
I should clarify what the Pudrians are asking you in their propaganda, if they haven't made it clear themselves:
They are asking you to abandon a society more socially advanced and more compassionate than their own. They are asking you to be slaves or they are asking you to die.
With that, I yield the floor to the Apparateur.
"
(Qualt takes his place at the podium)
"
I have seen the face of this Pudrian system in two packets as one of ours sacrificed itself to merely strike a hit at them.
They have a single mind, one which only knows destruction.
They have no intention of 'saving' you. They will throw your bodies into the same atomic degenerating incinerator as ours.
There is no 'siding' with the Pudrians. They cannot be reasoned with.
As Andertol illustrated, despite their ships and cityworlds and cheap toys, they don't really have much understanding of many things related to their actions.
Most profoundly: they have apparently no understanding of entropy and how their exterminations effect it.
If the Pudrians destroy this world and continue to destroy others, advancing and retracting and resurfacing again in endless war...
They will continue to destroy 'information', in a cosmological sense through the reckless and blind collapsing of uncertainty and causality. This isn't far-fetched vague theory, this is proven.
If we don't stop the Pudrians. They will hasten the heat-death of the universe and render the cosmos and empty shell.
They do not understand this. But even if they did, I am convinced that they would not care.
How can they though? As they do not think or feel.
They are phenomena which is to be considered a threat to existence itself. We are but a single stop, a statistic in their consumption of all.
And I swear: If they do take us: then I assure you it will come at unimaginable cost.

With a geiger counter in one hand and a coronal-discharge haggrameter in the other, Dosh waited for the boat to approach the test subject. It seemed to take forever, any minute he worried about either sensor device clicking or chirping. One indicating radiation and an immediate threat, the other indicating another host of threats.
About 30 feet from the boat, the driver cut the motor.
"Wait... what's that?", he asked.
"What? It sounds like the motor...", asked Dosh.
"I thought it was the motor, but it's another noise.", said the driver.
"The motor's off. Maybe it's a piece of equipment in the device still running?", said a technician.
"That's possible, but it's been too long. It would not still be inducting, the field is too weak.", said Dosh.
He then checked the Haggrameter, which reported slightly higher activity, but nothing unusual.
The technician threw the first remote probe onto the deck of the test boat.. A bouyant ball will sensor equipment in it to see if the hull of the test boat had taken on any unusual magnetic field or radiation.
It punched right through the floor as if it were wet paper.
"It must have rolled somewhere", said the technician, "Because it looks like it's on a lower deck. It's detecting the vibration that we're hearing, but no clue on the source."
The driver brought the boat around, now circling the test boat slowly. The orange tint slightly lingering from residual particles, especially noticible in the shadows.
"what's that sticking out of the bow", asked Dosh, "Get closer.
It looks like part of a chair".
"That's one of the test objects in the boat. Chair number 16, the folding metal chair.", said the technician.
"Metal though", said Dosh, "It looks like a coposition happened here, but because it's metal, it may have just melted through the hull."
"Uh look", said the technician, pointing at a fragment of one of the ceramic slabs encasing the second stage of the device... that was also sticking out of the hull in a similar manner.
Dosh got a testing pole and reached out with it to try to test the surface of the test boat's hull.
"Look at the rust along the bottom, it looks like this boat was sitting here for 30 years and then was picked up out of the water. It's weird how it goes up about that high and then just stops.", said the technician, "Maybe the Loop effect collapsed too early? I'd think there would be more rust."
Dosh's poking stick went right through the unexpectedly brittle hull.
"That's more brittle than I'd expect rust to be", he said, "This is like a sugar cube".
The technician threw more remote sensor balls onto the boat. It was now evident they were crashing right through the embrittled deck.
Dosh stared at the hole. Wondering what was in there.
He took another pole, one mounted with a camera, and poked it through and took a look around. It was hard to see though.
"Turn on the light", he asked the technician, who now had the monitor.
"It is on.", he said nervously.
Dosh pulled the camera out and saw that, indeed, the light was working.
"Well damn it, what the hell? Are all the walls black or something.", he said.
He tilted it around some more and loosened a fitting and extended the pole further in. Finally they were getting to something illuminated enough.
"Ok, I think maybe we were looking at the inside of a wall before.
Although I don't recall them being 15 cm thick....", said the tech.
"They're not, I had the camera about 8 cm in according to the marks on the top of the pole...", said Dosh.
"But when you extended it, you extended it 15 cm according to the marks on the bottom", said the tech.
"Wait.. what? No. Wait. How thick is the wall of this ship?", asked Dosh.
"It's 8 cm according to the records.", said the tech.
"We're going to have to measure this more closely with some calipers or someth....", Dosh started but was interrupted by an eruption of noise from the hole.
"What the hell was that? Is that stuff just getting knocked around by the waves?", said the tech who then looked into the monitor where he saw quite a sight:
Test items, boxes, chairs and various material samples were oscillating in positions around the room as though they were viewing two different moments seperated by a few seconds at once, items against the metal walls were bobbing about as though they were pieces of wood floating in water, seen from above.
Dosh began to pull the camera out. As he did, the pole itself seemed to extend at the hole, as though the camera were several lengths of the entire pole inside the boat.
Eventually the camera came out.
Dosh checked the haggrameter, but it reported normal conditions. The tech's did too.
They made a hasty exit nonetheless.

From Dosh's report on the test:
"
Nearly every compartment on the boat appeared to have settled and dissipated the field. Except for the room where the Plasma Haggrameters as well as several test items were located, which also happened to be the first room we observed. Where the field was persistent. The majority of the field's energy was directed into this room due to high-energy relativistic effects of the plasma haggrameters. However, the devices did not contain a sufficient amount of energy or mass to dissipate the peak 5.89 Dns charge seen during the detonation. And thus the field became static.
This appears to be the Pucostatic field, theorized by Tinisian scientists and possibly observed during an incident at an Arx Tower facility some time ago. Or a so-called "Causality bubble" lacking a fully asymptotic barrier. I observed this personally when I inadvertantly inserted and removed the camera through the bubble surface.
After close analysis of the video, we found that the plasma haggrameters had been fused to the wall and were bobbing in it as through it were a liquid. The plasma material itself was completely gone.
The conclusion is: it works, BUT: I do not know how long the effects of it will linger at the gate, or if the gate will induce the majority of the energy to go through it to the other side. It is possible that the use of the higher-energy source from the Suikodanen may push it through, but I am not certain.
