OOC: Another co-op post of me and Aluez
Kael flinched at the new voice before clearing his throat.
"Yes, this is Kael down at the Naria gaming grounds, I am just calling to get permission to test a game weapon to make sure the projectors can handle it and aren't damaged. No real land will be claimed in the blast, but people will see a mushroom cloud, feel extreme heat, and the water may steam up if not fly into the air when the device goes off. You can come observe if you wish, I just need your permission."
Tisra smiled when she seen the device complete it's building, before moving it onto one of her heavy bombers andpreparing to fire it. She was anxious she was.
"Inform the Aatuylvans down near that area, preferably one of the superiors. Give them fifteen minutes to tell people not to shoot at it. Should be fine."
Kael nodded and told Tisra the same thing, only to flinch when she seemed a bit annoyed.
"Alright, uh, thank you Minister, you've been much of a help to us."
He then hung up and went to go search for a supervisor in the area.
Stidham handed the phone back to Blair, nodding again.
"Thank you once more for your time."
He strode out, heading for the tent that the 'General' had claimed for himself.
-----
Kael skidded to a halt when he found a soldier, clearing his throat to hopefully get the officer's attention.
"Cuse me sir, may I talk with you?"
The Ai'lupan turned around, the needler in his arms small, but foreboding, though not as foreboding as the eyepatch and several claw-scars across his face.
"Yeah? Whattya want?"
He seemed to look at Kael far too long for any kind of cursory glance.
"Y-yea, uh, are you the superior for this area?" he asks, his tail flicking about and twitching in a nervous manner.
He hated rough looking people.
"You could say that."
"Yea, I was told by Stidham to make sure you knew we're testing the game field with a new weapon, so uhh...don't go flipping out if you see a m-"
He stopped when the game field flashed white and the mushroom cloud rose high into the air, taking about a cityblock with it.
"...Nevermind..." he groaned and rubbed his eyes. Just great...
Tisra growled and smacked the computer as she tried to shut off the projectors, growling lowly as she couldn't believe it exploded on it's own.
The Ai'lupan rushed off to the source of it, his needler cocked and several soldiers following behind him.
Zack flinched when he seen a white thing coming from the tent city, shaking his head a bit before closing his eyes half way.
"Crazies..."
The wraithwolf jumped in its burrow, sensing the fire, the death. It wasn't enough to attract a full grown wraith, but more than enough to startle and spook one that is near-starving. It darted out from under the IFV, heading straight for the source of the blaze.
Zack seen the creature dart out across the field, growling and running after the creature to see what it could be, his tail and ears causing an orange blur of light behind him.
The Ai'lupan soldier ran up to Tisra, snarling, his needler pointed at her.
"What the
engkori was that?!"
He did not notice the small black blur, or the smaller orange blur coming towards him, nor did he notice the black blur trip on a wounded leg.
Tisra yelped and fell backward, curling in fear as she shyed away from the weapon, covering her face in fear.
"
fuckfuck please don't know I talk" she thinks, ears pinned back to her head.
Zack pounced upon the creature and pinned it to the ground, growling lowly as he tried to figure out what it was, and if he could eat it.
The Ai'lupan leaned forward and growled at Tisra before standing back up again.
"Godsdammit. Spread out, the hooligan is here somewhere."
Kael padded into the command tent and pressed the esc key on the laptop, the mushroom cloud disappearing as he collected Tisra from her little ball.
"Ssshh... keep quiet..." he whispers in Anglic, watching them search for whoever was responsible for the 'attack.'
The young wraith chittered and fell, twisting so it could slash at the hunter with it's claws.
Zack eeped and jumped away at the sight of the claws, immediately knowing it was a wraith... or something. Maybe an ugly dog. "The fuck!" he shouts before growling and stalking toward it again
He jumped to one side and howled a bit before spinning around behind it, lunging at the creature and going to pin it on it's back.
The wraith turned, rolling onto its feet, limping on one of it's rear legs. It snarled, lunging at Zack with it's foreclaws, but not having the jumping power it should've.
"Dammit!" he paws at it's nose before standing beside it, growling lowly and trying to make some sense of the creature's defense... it was about his size too. So why did it spook him so much?!
The wraith hissed at Zach, trying to limp back to it's burrows, never breaking eye contact.
He idled beside it and nipped at it's neck before jumping away, trying to make it fall over again... and to toy with it some. He laughed a few times as he did so
The wraith hissed again, snapping at him as it ran headlong, limping, towards the IFV.
Tisra peeked over Kael's shoulder at the soldiers, sticking her tongue out at one of them before cuddling into his chest with a low murr.
She didn't want to be caught by them... she knew what they'd do to a little thing like her if they did. They'd probably eat her!
One of the soldiers who inspected the blast, and was now prodding at the projectors, approached Kael.
"You better start talking boy."
"About?" the projector displayed a human in a nazi uniform, which shot the prodding soldier a weird look. "Please stop doing that." she says, looking over toward Kael
The soldier instinctively slammed the butt of his rifle when he saw the entity display itself, and almost stumbled as it swung through open air. He snarled, turning back to Kael.
"The fucking
explosion."
"That was what I was trying to explain. I am guessing you meant this?" he pressed a key on the laptop and brought the cloud back. "Yea, before my little pup here pressed the wrong button," he points at Tisra. "I was trying to get official permission so you didn't freak out!"
"Hrmph. Make sure it doesn't happen again." He storms off, firing off his needler at one of the still decaying Teerie bodies in the trees before returning to his post.
"Oh it won't until tonight when the games start!" he snickered before hearing Tisra sneeze and groan softly.
"You okay little one?"
A gruff and gravelly voice responded, "Please don't do it again when there are trees nearby. You could start a fire."
Tisra blinked a few times before looking around, sneezing mockly again to see if it'd speak again.
Corzi stood before Kael, in full uniform, still nursing the cauterized leg, using one of the mechspider's legs as a crutch. He looked quite unamused.
Kael and Tisra both flinched when the strange and seemingly injured human appeared before them, blinking a few times before Kael finally spoke.
"Can... I help you, sir?" he taps a few keys on the laptop, spawning ten Nazi's in the battlefield, before spawning ten EG recruits.

There were several Aatuylvan guards about the alien's tent, and Tiam's personal guards beside them.
Wonderful she wants to keep
him.
"I'm here to see General IX. Let me inside."
