I would like to now open nominations for the position of Treasurer. As currently depicted in R. 106, one nation of the Furry Federation shall play the role of treasurer. How that nation goes about it, provided they adhere to the rules of the resolution, is up to them. Be it that their representative performs the role informally or else they use their existing governmental frame work to perform the tasks.
Of course, your nation may decline a nomination.
Tinis would like to make two nominations for Furry Federation Treasurer. After consulting the facts and views of my government, I have decided to make two nominations. One nomination shall be of a nation who came out against the Currency Index, and the other for it. Thus Tinis nominates Lemuriania and Ciata.
This is the wisdom of Tinis because the vote was very close on resolution 106. This will allow those who favored the resolution in theory but disliked its scope, to vote for Lemuriania in hopes of limiting the use of the Currency Index. While others who opposed the resolution may vote for Ciata in hopes that a nation that believes in the Currency Index will insure that its properly carried out and not corrupted into something its not. But I will tell you now, that unless a tie is imminent, Tinis will abstain from the final vote for Furry Federation Treasurer.
I here by open the floor for furthur nominations.

Lemuriania gladly accepts the nomination for Treasurer. To clarify, our agenda would be to ensure that the Currency Index would be used as least as possible but adhering to the rules as appointed by the resolution.
