"As per resolution 109 of the Furry Federation," says Waldo before the assembled council. "I now open nominations for the Furry Federation's yearly international cultural festival."

The Tinisian Secretary of Arts takes the podium, a lean puma.
"It is my honor and previalege to be here today. I'm so glad to annonce that Tinis is in the top 200 in the world culturally. Out of the 124 thousand nations know, this is quite the honor. But this honor didn't come easily.
"The efforts we have taken to preserve the and uplift the anchient traditions of the Tinisian people, traditions that hail from long before our migration from the land of Pargalo, has lead us to compromise and embrace new technology and new social norms. While at the same time, we have preserved other facets that not only make Tinis culturally enlightened, but also act to keep our society strong and healthy. And there are other parts that fit so well with the modern world that it is almost frightening.
"As per resolution 109 of the Furry Federation, I hope that one of our fellow nations would be willing to nominate Tinis for this years cultural festival. In doing so, we hope to nominate the very nation that does as such, provided they of course meet the minimum standards of stability for such a festival to be held safely and without incident.
"Thank you."
