This is an issue that some of my citizens have brought to my desk. I'm sure that similar bills have been proposed with in your own borders. Normally, i wouldn't even bring such a matter to the federations attention, but some cultural and religious aspects must be taken into account, as well as other factors. Should we decide to pass an international law permitting this, more laws on who is eligible prey needs to be addressed. Hopefully though, it should not get that far.

"The Union of Tinis' official position is that it is not the councils place to determine a law such as this. Thus we vote that it be decided by each individual nation. However, it is also my government's position that the consumption of intelligent beings is wrong and immoral and as a nation will work against such practices. But we will not use the council to express this agenda."
