People are allowed to do most anything, as long as it shows compassion and trust for every being. This taken in to account things such as killing are outlawed, except under certain special conditions. It is an intrinsic part of citizenship to be a follower of The Unified Heart, though anyone may leave the faith (and the country) if it is what they truely wish.
