No, though it is a thing that we are striving for, we of course do not view all races as equal as we do not even allow non-felines to live there.

Tis a good question. Tinis is the 'I don't know' vote. Primarily because part of the political philosophy that is the rule of the day in Tinis embraces uncertainty. A majority strive for equality between all, and on the surface it may look like we've attained it. But it is impossible to know the minds of every fur in our country and what motivates their actions. So there will always be doubt. But at least we try.

In law and in ideals, all are equal. Historicly though, the country has been almost exclusively populated by birds until recently, and there is considerable resentment at the concessions being made - the need to provide writen material in many languages, regulations specifying public seating, even preferential seating at the front for sports events for those species with comparatively poor vision.
Even with the detailed laws, many species do not feel comfortable living in the country. Carnivores are almost unheard-of, as eating meat is strictly prohibited - for corvids, Vyls are fussy eaters. Felines tend to make the locals feel nervous.
Tourism florishes though - everyone likes to visit for a short time, but few want to live in a country where 80% of the population are purple birds.
