Prince Alaric Holmberg V I sighed, looked down at the floor and walking over to a seat, sitting down in it. I had just narrowly avoided a major international incident, and gotten the Emperor of Anea to threaten a Cali princess... oh what to do now... who to talk to... I wondered.

"A drink does sound quite splendid...", Hcre said, before noticing that Lt Chon had already quite some time ago left to go seek out the libations, specifically those bearing alcohol while IX was chiding the princess. He seemed to have taken Sweizalthorpe with him too. "I see Chon already had the right idea apparently.", he continued, "Sweet lord, Salato, You seem to be very green tonight."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
When Chon overheard "Declare War!" screamed from somewhere he slammed down the shot glass and looked around, the Aluezi were on the back deck saying something that couldn't quite be made out.
He spun around and nearly shouted something before Sweizalthorpe spun him back around to face the bar again. In his slight tipsiness, he wobbled a bit. He then quietly said to the drunk fox, "Just don't. Don't say anything."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Aha. So let me get this straight:", Hcre said very angrily at Tidla's outburst towards the Calie next to him, "You're Tod's indentured Teerie boy?"
Zippo then said to Hcre, "Stop. It is the official policy of the Apparat of State that we not entertain or engage in overtures or threats with Aluez or it's agents at this time." "My ass. If they're going to flaunt this kind of thing around.", Hcre said.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chon wobbled back and forth, somewhat contentedly drunk. He watched a strange person who looked a whole lot like IX walk by through the reflection in the bar. Without turning around, he asked Sweizalthorpe, "Did I just see IX walk by with Pudry... implantss?"
"Affirmative.", Sweizalthorpe said.
"Ok...
I'm clearly not drunk enough then.", Chon replied, "This is why I have to drink.
Becaussssse otherwise, honor dictates..... that should I put a bullet... um.... through that thing's head."
Sweizalthorpe watched PudrIX waft about the hall and said, "Based on the fact he hasn't been detained yet, it would seem he was invited very intentionally with the approval of the rest of the political leadership. It would seem."
"Come on", Chon said, "I know you" I knnnnowww youuu." He poked Sweizalthorpe in a chest plate, "You want to kill the bastard as much as anyone elssse... here."
"Of course, Lieutenant", Sweizalthorpe said, "But you and I have orders to not kill or maim any of the delegates here"
"BULLLLLLL POPPY.", Chon said, "I know you. It'd be.... ssssooo easy. I just... I just have to get really... small... and get in your head... and pull a lever... And SHOOOP. DA. WOOOOP!"
Sweizalthorpe looked at Chon with some surprise and said, "Lieutenant? Are you attempting to flirt with me? It does appear that you have had quite enough to drink."
"KISS ME", The drunk fox demanded, then he lunged from the chair and wrapped his arms around the boxy theropod robot, "Then let's kill... that clownboat dick monkey cheese..."
"Uh...", Sweizalthorpe said, all while keeping an eye on PudrIX's, bizarrely prancing about the hall, "I will do one of those at least."

OOC: Anea gave me permission to play the Prophet again! Yay!
How rude.
Disgusting little man, waving his metal about at me. I should do something about that, but what to do what to do....
--Suggestion: Aggressive data-mining using available interface devices.--
That's...unbelievably cruel of you.
--These actions are not conducive to the campaign. Requesting that the Focus re-examine current protocols and directives.--
Negative. We earn the fools' trust. It is going according to plan. The collapse of the Empire and the Federation has left them weak and in need of our 'assistance'. Soon, they will be reliant on us.
--His will is law! The infidels will soon join us!--
The Prophet's orders are upheld. Infiltration and subterfuge remain priorities. Fleet on standby for emergency extraction of information.
Oh look! Old friends.
He chuckled to himself, twirling one of his silver braids, as he seemingly glided over to the Miokalians. His two 'companions' on either side of him, muttering prayers in perfect tone and subtlety, their modified voiceboxes chiming his every step.
"Well hello. Fancy seeing you here, thought you wouldn't come at all...after all, the Emperor, as of late, has some..questionable actions under his belt. I can see that you are so excited to see me that you might explode from all of the action, so I will be brief. It is a pity we could not get to know each others' people better, I would think our goals closer than they outwardly appear to be. Alas, I do not think you are the right person for me to speak to, soldiers are soldiers are soldiers...I do, however, would like to wish you and your inebriated friend a splendid day."
He smiled, pulling his hood over his head again, proceeding down another hallway, near the entrance.
Let's see what our dear brother is up to...

Chon swallowed some vomit while wobbling from side-to-side. "I could have done... sssomething.
I could have vomitted on the ssshit. At the very least.", he said.
Sweialthorpe backed away from him a bit and said, "Don't kiss me again!"
"He'sss going to try to.. ffffffffffffind... um... Qualt or Andy or... sssomething.", Chon mumbled, then said, "But he's not here!
None of them're.... here... you DICKS."
The smashed fox then buried his head in his arms on the bar and started crying, "My gun doesn't have any bullets."
"That's probably a good thing", said Sweizalthorpe.
Then the Lieutenant fell asleep on the bar.

Clustership #04B13E
"Any closer and we'll look suspicious, huh Knowledge?", asked the serpentine Coronan.
"You would think that the ASE would be able to tell their allies from their enemies. But I have determined that statistically: the liklihood of their shooting at us if we start looking like anything more than space debris is very high.", said Knowledge
"Please excuse me.
I think I need to... see the Good Emporer for a bit."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Using a carrier push notification, a message was sent out to IX, PM Rio and General Welhan:
To: Emporer IX, PM Rio, Gen Nahki Welhan From: Singleton Pratzam Subject: Imperial Party
What? You'd think I'd miss this?
Bizarrely yours, Singleton Pratzam
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pratzam materialized in a green and orange flash and faint crackle. He figured it would be best to avoid the most public spaces, as not to cause unnecessary consternation of the guests. However, this was not really the kind of location he had in mind.
"Emporer IX.", he addressed Isiah, "Greetings... And I apologize as I did not realize that you were... indisposed at the moment."

Fujhin was not a very happy man. He was denied his need to kill the abomination in Her name and the name of Aatuylva. He was denied the ability to kill the reprehensible Cali. He was denied from even interacting with both of them in any way.
"Engkori! Ihennenk revmi! Revwhi kovni vieg!"
He slams his hand against the table, standing up. He saw the Miokalians.
Yes. Good. They will understand.
He walked over to them, looking over his shoulder at the Pudrians every few seconds, sneering, one hand on his wraithknife. He walked up to the still sober one..the...mechanical one. So much like the abominations, but tolerable. Not like the Ayghu Revwhi...
He spoke in German...it was the only other language he knew.
"Excuse me. I am Fuhjin of Deep Patrol. I have feeling that we have things to discuss, yes?"
Stidham, however, was having a good day, considering. At the moment he was trying to keep from laughing his lungs out.
"So, the Cali messed up again? Typical! Ask them to send a diplomat and they send a princess, ask them to send a peacemaker and they send a warmonger! Ha! If I believed they had any honor in them I'd challenge them to a duel, but, alas, I would think that is a false hope. Lay low Commander, for soon they will do half our work for us in the coming days...bah, at the very least our host allows us to order what we want, hm? Haha!"
He broke down into a coughing fit, blood globlets spewing before his handkerchief caught them.
"Dammit all to hell..."

Sweizalthorpe's pupils moved to meet Fujhin first, then after a two-second-long delay he turned to him, "Maybe we do. I don't know.
I assume this has something to do with... That... Pudrian.
I also assume that because you're deep patrol, you feel a certain duty...
I do as well.
We both have... territories which we defend. And the Pudrians threatened to destroy those territories. It is as simple as that.
So we do have something to discuss."

"Do I look like a green skunk to you?" asks Tidla before perking a brow, he was a black lupine to be exact, and 6'10" in height. "But yes, I am one of Tod's personal guards, and I would ask you tone the anger down just a tad..." he then hit the floor when a statue landed on his back, nearly crushing him under it. "The hell?!"
Tod growled and rubbed hir eyes. "And just when I thought this day couldn't get any worse..." walking over to Tidla, Tod gleamed down at the Lupine, only to push the statue off with hir foot before dragging him up by the scruff of the neck. "Mind explaining why you're trying to make me angry today, boy?"
"I'm n-not master, the cali threatened IX's people with annihilation"
Tod tsked before letting him go, watching him fall backward onto his tail. "Go back to the dungeons, and don't come out lest you hear gunshots" shi then looked at Hcre. "And I would like to welcome you to the party, I apologize we didn't meet on friendlier terms, but we are still trying to hammer out the confusion of the nano hijacking that occurred a week ago" shi glared at Tidla as he disappeared "Amongst other things..."

"I am thinking we must get them away from here. Possible that others, guards, even Emperor are infected..however they pass it, I do not know technical details."
He grumbled, fiddling with the bone charms around his neck, trying to calm himself. There has to be a way...
"We need...need way to check them..check them for taint. If we can prove it..then we can bring outside...Federation and Confederate forces. Total lockdown..then we make rules. Then we kill abominations at leisure, yes...but need way to check. Gah...he had right idea, methinks."
He points at Chon, and sighs, finding something strong to tilt back...

"They wouldn't be so subtle.", said Sweizalthorpe, "No, they don't need infection to do whatever it is they're doing. They have advanced since then.
Why use a vector to control people when social engineering and politics do a more perfect job?
There is no way they would expose themselves like this. If it was a matter of simply killing the prophet, then he wouldn't be here. He wouldn't take the risk.
He is tormenting us, Mister Fujhin."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Oh", Hcre lightened up, "I thought you'd never ask.
I believe we may have some things to discuss regarding that then. Since we did actually get a direct sample of effected material. I imagine you have people working on it right now as well, so we should really have your people and our people get in touch about that."

"I'm sure the Marine Corp would love to hear from you" shi smiled a bit before bowing slightly. "Empress Vlodovic at your service, or as you may know me" shi straightened back up. "Tod Vlodovic of the Elite Guard of Aluez"
Shi coughed a bit into hir hand before smiling again before pointing toward the gardens. "Shall we go talk then? Maybe we can sort this issue out seeing I kinda oversee the project to defend against such evil things as before"

Emperor Isaiah Xaimoungkhoun Son of a bitch... not them. I thought the invasion would have made them leave us alone. He was near my bed and I kicked my closet door closed. Then I realized I left my robes out there. I threw a trenchcoat on and then walked out. I took the hanger with the robes on it and then walked back in, closing the door behind me. "Indisposed isn't the word I'd use. More stressed and ready to kill something. Now what the hell do you want?" I just remembered about Rio. I set the robes to the side and then went over to Rio. I picked him up, opened the window, and then dropped him out. Oddly, there's a dumpster down there. It's almost as if I do this daily. Oddly, I had no blood on me. That's fine. Now I just have to redress the stab wound. General Nakhi Welhan This whole thing is becoming a mess. IX doesn't usually pass out threats to people like that. Well, warnings, not so much a threat. I better tell Tod to try to talk to him or something. Preferably before IX pulls out a machine gun and kills everyone. Not that he'd do that... but it's a possibility. I took off the hat IX gave me and then set it on Tod's head. I then said, "You should talk to IX. He's probably about to lose it with all the fighting, and almost fights, going on. I think, according to the Guard, he's in his quarters."

Salato and Al sat at a table with a glass of wine each, talking in teerie "So lyie planned that?" salato said. "Most like, though not the sword bit, that probably kind of the icing on the cake for her." Al mused. "Why?" "To make our life easier." Salato gave a incredulous looked "Easier? She honked off everyone." "Exactly, most of the people have only had dealings with our nobles and well we all know they are arrogant prats, for the most part. She probably wanted to confirm that view." "Well she did do that." "So now most of them think were are run by idiots, but will summize that there is no way a state like ours could have survived so long with them in charge. That or they will figure that there might be different factions at work." "there are they are call politcal par.." "No I mean factions that might be as unhappy with the nobles as they are and be willing to topple them. Well as prime minister you would be the obvious one to test the water with." "hmmm, bit risky, but lets see what happens."
They went back to talking in calie "Anyway, he has quite a spread." Al smiled. "Yeah, trust a bloody noble to cause a seen, what do you expect from them. Oh well I s'pose she'll be keeping a low profile for a while." salato muttered. "Yip, probably screwed up everything for us, may as well enjoy what's left of the evening." "Oh well, ere where have the miokaliaen got to? I would have thought they would have joined us for a drink."
Both salato and Al suspect they would be being listened to and the cali part was easy enough to understand, teerie how ever was impenetrable to most non-teerie and the dialect had used made it even more difficult to understand, even by teer not from that particular isle.
What was different about these two cali was they were dressed smartly, in business suits. Though Al had taken his tie off and had the tope button of his shirt undone and neither of them were wearing there suit jackets. Salato's top though sleeveless was not exactly relieving and her skirt was knee length. Neither was drunk and both were minding there own business, but for occasionally looking about them.
They dropped into light small talk

Princess lyie in the meantime had found a quiet corner to ponder she thought to herself "What is this me about threatening IX people, I threaten the Holmbergsvaniaen and it wasn't even a nuclear threat. Pounding people is artillery and conventional bombs, isn't the term glassing for atomic weapons."
Then smiled, someone is playing a game here, these northerners might be brighter than I thought. But no matter it's up to Al and salato now, it would be best if she wasn't near them for a while.
She had not decided to argue back at the accusation as she wanted various people and comments made as she wanted certain peoples more brazen. More likely to fall out with each other and knew Al and Salato would keep out the way if anything really stupid happened, she figured she should too.

"And?" says Tiana as she came up from the dungeon, Frederick following close behind her, both of them dressed in black robes, a single white armband on both of their arms, the templar cross on it, only colored black. "I still don't get why we have to stick down there... I mean, we're suppose to be Tod's honor guard!"
Frederick nodded and wrapped an arm around Tiana, the two of them walking toward the main hall. "Because we don't need to cause trouble as apparently Tidla had done..." he shook his head slowly from side to side before looking about the main hall, seeing Tod talking to some Miokalian, and what looked like Nakhi.
The two Teeries made their way over to Tod, bowing to hir before grinning wide. "We are ready to serve you Master Tod!" they both spoke at the same time.
Tod nodded a bit before smiling back at Nakhi. "I will once I get the chance..." shi then looked back at Hcre, only to blink when shi heard hir little guard servants. "Well well! Don't you two look snazzy..." shi smiled a bit before bowing back to them. "Now behave... no accidents in this sector"
