I have to give you points for putting togeather thus far a fairly concrete history (I'm quite aware that my history sections get kind of spacey at times). I've noticed a steady improvement in your style, as I have with most all the active RPers here. I kind of like how you're history is going with a furry Rome theme to. I also liked your boldness in leaving the UN. In character my nation regrets it, but ooc it gives your nation more personality, and I like that. I have to give similar kudos to Ciata too.
As for gripes, I guess its hard for me to really gripe with anyone on anything that I've seen thus far. But I guess the only thing that I would like to see more from you on at the moment is some more speed on the satallite grid tour. I understand that it is nice to give us some time for banter, but giving us to long threatens to burry the thread. But at least your space thread is a lot more active than mine :-p
And I'm always up for being criticised. With out people telling me I'm wrong when I am, how would I become not wrong? I can only spell check so much!

well, that's my one thing, unless it's really bad, please dont mark my grammer/spelling. Other then that, please, by all means, ask me questuions about my history. it'll help me ask questions abotu it myself and come up with more history bits. As for some of the side story bits, of every day life, you might see refrences to them come up in the news reports here ^^. I've decided that i'll be using GBWT as a settign for most stories and such that i write so that i can expand it more.
And i'll stop twidiling my thumbs with the Satilite RP i guess... =P i just keep wishing i could find/make some goodish pics for our use. but i dont have any of the 3D modeling progams i used to have, so meh. i'll get on those ^^

i would like an opinion on the dating system i'm using. I'm torn between using 1693, because that would be a slightly more realistic date, and 1492, because that would have poetic irony, as it was when columbus set sail for the Americas, and when we are starting our deep space exporation programs. sugestions?

I'd go with the 1693 date. Though symbolisim can be fun, sacrificing in its name can be determinetal. But of course, its your call.

Wow, i had no idea Ciata had such tech hidden away in their Monastery. I guess we were justified in protecting it. Anyway, i guess if Ciata can have a monastery that's only 500 years old containing nano tubules, i can push forward with some projects i've been holding back for a few weeks. Watch for technological leaps and bounds, as well as some 'older' tech slipping into RPs. *can one again begin to scheme*

Well, it's 1,500 years old, and the majority of their efforts during more than half of that were based on alchemy which led to nanotechnology. The idea is that somewhere which did not have the destruction and death of it's knowledge and greatest minds, like in Ancient Greece and ancient China where they destroyed their monestaries several times which were also focal point for advancements and also burned all books, and most of the world for that matter, great advancements can be made. The key is however, not to be ruled by them. Like all of the "time saving devices" we have today that only make our life more hectic, things that were made to make work easier instead have us working more.

ohhhh.. 1500. my bad. still, my nation was equivalent to he pinnacle of the Roman Empire at the time of the Feudal Wars, and have been on a general upswing since. there's been some civil war here and there, and a few bad leaders, but on the whole, it's been, interesting I'll save most of it for fluff . i still need to find a concrete date. late 1400's or late 1600's? maybe a nice medium?

this one is directed at 3l3ctrophr34k about your citizens.
So, they're all just data, without physical bodies unless they might occupy a vehicle of some sort?

The citizens do have physical bodies. The encoding of the citizen defines the voxels which make up the citizen and therefore their forms. It all depends on the original programming and partly on the programmer. If the programmer was a furry, the program would have some aspects of the programmer.
If you have any other questions about the citizenry or anything else regarding my country, I would be happy to explain then.

So then is there a physical connection between your digital dimension and the rest of the federation (so I can put it on the map)?
(I really like playing with the maps, filling up the gaps)

When I was designing the names of the cities and the bodies of water, I was looking at the map. I had an idea of taking that peninsula of the map north of Fox Gulf. Names listed in my profile are the local titles.
I was going to photoshop myself into the maps. I photoshop a lot. I had an idea. If you don't want me to, I'll be checking back in tomorrow.
Granted, due to school, and other obligations to other forums, I may not have this done for a few days; but, I'll get it done.

go ahead and make your own map and post/send me a link. If it fits with the style of the map I'll likely keep most of it, else don't be surprised if I modify it to fit with the rest of the maps scheme. All I ask is that you don't go crazy with the size. Large is fine, but not humoungus. Something on the order of size as Tinis or Shimandu would be about appropriate for your relative size (aka population).
