Greetings As a news gathering organisation we request partners as despite our size we can not have a presence in every region of every nation. Hence we request partner organisations that will aid us in ensuring the we can maintain our charter. Thus we ask all members of the federation media to join us in the formation of a mutually beneficial news gathering group. From our name you may well have realised that english is not our mother tong however all of our correspondents can speak the language fluently. We will produce reports in english for international consumption though under high stress we can not grantee that our correspondents will not drop into calie (if we are lucky, they tend to drop into their mother tong when being shot at...this can be a blessing as quite often you really don't want to hear what they are saying....well before the watershed). I dare say your reporters and correspondents perhaps do the same. Membership of the group will give you access to our news gathering network and in exchange other members, including us will have access to yours. The UWD has a devoted monitoring service and three corvettes devoted to transmitting and listening in on foreign broadcasts that the government may not want to make public to the world beyond their borders. The alliance has have various levels: Associate: Access to the head lines and paying for any story. You have to talk to the member that has it to get footage/article about cost. Associate member: Access to headlines but instant access to footage/articles at a pre-arranged cost. Also the ability to put up footage/articles at a standard cost. Associate Partner: Free and full access to all reports by all partners. free only access to archives of recent events and the ability to request other parties reporters/correspondents to speak on their network. But they must do the same if another partner request. Ideally in the requesting networks own tong if failing that english. All reporters will stay off camera shout a human nation or non-human nation request. Partner: Full news archive access, and to open have their achieve open to other partners. Willingness to allow other partners access to theirs. The same rights and responsibilities as an associate partner but with voting rights. Transmitting partner: In exchange for broadcasting radio and television they will do the same for other international services that are members. The WDU is willing to do joint programs with other broadcasters, but that is an issue best left to members. Yours Ene Yantatan en ---- The form: Broadcasters name: Motto: (English translation) TV: (yes/no) Radio: (yes/no) Digital:(yes/no/what is that?) Internet:(Yes/no/erm what?) Paper: (Yes/No/printing press?) Nature of Broadcaster: (Government, commercial, public interest, etc) Level of membership: Funding: (who you are paid for (tax, levies on something, advertising, rich people) What can you add: (do you have transmitter/monitoring ships, a monitoring centre, etc) Extra info:

Broadcasters name: Tilsaulakdid Ataifut Roluhabnev (Tils-At-Ro) [English translation - Random News Service (RNS)] Motto: The sparkle of information shall pet your eyes TV: Yes (Tils-At-Ro 1, Tils-At-Ro 2: Education, Tils-At-Ro International, Tils-At-Ro Sports and Humor, Tils-At-Ro 5: In Focus (Tinis equivalent of CNBC)) Radio: No Digital: Yes Internet: Yes Paper: No
Nature of Broadcaster: Independent Council based News Organization with unlimited scope (aka, independent co-op), Public Service Level of membership: Partner Funding: Excellent service over previous ten years awards full resource allocation from the national pool (aka, funding isn't really an issue and won't go away if someone gets upset, but might if they screw up horribly repeatedly by presenting verifiably false information as fact or people stop watching them) What can you add: Three monitoring centers, satellite access (they share one with a few other networks), license access to a number of highly rated documentaries that have yet to be translated out of Tinisian Extra info: Tils-At-Ro is the second oldest media group in Tinis and predates the Union. Fears about them being swayed by the politics of the day in Tinis should be unfounded as they have been the thorn in the side of almost everyone at one point or another and survived as the means of their getting equipment and making sure they're employees are fed and housed is handled by a collection of independent review councils that may have a federal mandate but whom are elected from the membership of the independent councils themselves and thus don't answer to the federal government directly. (its kind of complicated and would require a flow chart to explain how it all works, but long story short, there's to many layers between any elected official and these folks to have said elected officials being able to do squat in retaliation without pissing off everyone else at the same time)
