Observing the motion to motion by The Furry Nation of Great Big Wet Thing to secure the sovereignty of the Furry Federation and its members from the United nations;
1. The Furry Federation and its members declare that the United Nations has no authority in the Furry Federation to:
a. Interfere with social laws.
b. Require internal environmental regulation.
c. Legalize prostitution, drugs, guns, or similarly controlled practices and objects.
d. Force the criminalization of prostitution, drugs, guns, or similarly controlled practices and objects.
e. Interfere with a nations choice of power sources.
f. Demand dues or taxes from federation members.
g. Restrict the use or production of chemical, nuclear, or biological weapons except with federation approval.
h. Require federation members to take in and house foreign citizens, refugees, or soldiers from beyond the Furry Federation's area of control.
i. Or to enforce laws and resolutions that impact the internal workings of the social systems of the federation in ways not enumerated here.
2. The United Nations shall have no authority to regulate international waters unclaimed by nations of the Furry Federation that are around the Furry Federation area.
3. The United Nations shall have the authority to regulate international relationships between member nations.
4. The United Nations shall have the authority to encourage democracy in its member nations that also belong to the Furry Federation.
5. The United Nations shall have the authority to require its members to combat diseases.
6. The United Nations shall have the authority to send in observers into its member nations for the purposes of election monitoring or to ensure that the requirements of United Nations resolutions that have authority in United Nations member nation inside the Furry Federation are being met.
7. The United Nations shall have the authority to send aid in the form of food, water, clothing, and medical supplies to non-military citizens of any member nation.
8. The United Nations shall have authority given to it from further Furry Federation resolutions if the council so chooses; and the United Nations shall have authority stripped from it if the further Furry Federation resolutions require such.
9. The United Nations shall have no authority to intervene in any conflict inside the Furry Federation unless a member nation requests such and informs the council of the request immediately.
