In the mountains over the metro area, in the Tycho Wilderness, east of Hokyladryon, was a small Goiyta village. The Dincotian/Daeronese parallel of buddhism, called Ghitavism was a spirituality practiced here by the mostly Daeronese dragon population.
There were few to no Malych anywhere around here. Not that the Szupta (temple) would turn them away, but simply because of the cultural seperation. Though this seperation was due to respect and not disdain between them.
The village was one very large Zen garden, where it's residents, Dahybe (Monks) and Sahoiy (Artists) would contribute to it's constant creation and upkeep.
Ryoukate Selador, was the Ghitala (Master or Lama) of the village and it's Szupta. After some discussion with the Leefen of Cal on the matter of sending an appropriate delegation to Ciata, he summoned forth Yim Moytov, a Sahoiy-Gan (Martial Artist) of the Parkour and Taikoho styles, and Quci Xan, a feline Dahybe Monk.
The messages were placed on small wooden bricks which flowed down the many tiny canals filled with goldfish through the village until they found their way to a foot messenger. The messenger then delivered the messages to the recipients homes.
"Ryoukate.", said Yim and Quci while looking downward, a gesture of respect common in the disciplined atmosphere of the Szupta.
"The Inleefen to the west are sending an appropriate delegation to Ciata. I wish to send two to accompany them. It is appropriate that I send you, people who spend a great deal of time away from 'the modern world'. You would be appropriate for Ciata's unique setting.
The Leefen wish to seek their history and heritage. However, I hope to perhaps gain a better understanding of them. I know not if we would be able to understand eachother or not now... I hope that this question is answered by this expedition.", said Selador through the carved holes depicting teeth around the bottom of his Sage Mask.
Selador was a brown Daeronese dragon, that is, basically a winged raptor with spikes. He was draped in red-and-white robes with a hand-Batik-wax pattern on them. His most clearly indentifying item of dress was his headwear. A White-and-black mask. One which covered his entire head, and made his eyes fade back into empty holes in the mask's carved surface.
In Daeronese tradition, the Ryoukate-Ghitala were supposed to always wear this mask in public when they take on the role of a spiritual sage. This was so that others would not be distracted by the natural appearence of the individual, and instead be able to concentrate more on other things.
Yim and Quci were dressed in somewhat simple, but far less elaborate clothing. Clothing they made from hemp-fiber cloth made in the village. It was mostly brown, but featured brightly colored ties and laces.
"Are the machines in Zye not going to stop us?", asked Yim, who didn't hate them, but wasn't particularly fond of their attitudes sometime.
"They cannot stop such a thing, and they wouldn't anyway.
I have the personal approval of Secretariat Andertol who granted us money for the trip.
You are to represent both of the schools of Ghitavism with honor.
Do not force our ways on theirs. Even if you feel the desire to.
Respect is paramount. Even if all else is lost between us, if we maintain that, we both at least have something.
You may go.
Xarizho will take you to Inleef where you will meet with the Leefen before departing to Ciata"
