As you no doubt know, I will be releasing a preliminary report shortly. But of extreme interest concerns what you clued me in on last year. As you suspected not only did Yerzok have a connection with the PED but they were able to leverage her on several occastions to take up actions that were less than optimal. For instance, did you know she cleared out a warehouse in Shimandu City so that our favorite rogue Cali Lacania could have a sucsessful meeting with the PED operative Zanzi. Zanzi as you are no doubt aware was an operative we had purchased in the 70s to work inside Lemurly who by the mid 80s had gone missing, only to pop up as a PED errand boy by 1991.

This meeting is important as it both helped and disrupted several operations going on by several different governments at the time. And despite the little intelligence Yerzok gained in exchange for doing this, her number two at the time is still convinced it wasn't worth it.

In any case, I've attached some other useful information for the construction of a speach before I make my full report. Good luck with your spin and of course good luck with the election. If it wasn't obvious, you have my vote.

It was around nine p.m. in Shimadu City new years eve, 2006. Zanzi was in a good mood, despite the nervous twitch of his long stripped tail. The lemur read the instructions again as the car neared the warehouse. He then went through the check list. He was unarmed, and that included non-lethal methods. He had his cell phone with only the three numbers that could be needed setup for speed dial. He had his ear piece embeded deep in his ear cannal. A capsual in the other. And a bullet proof vest under his chic dinning wear.

The car pulled up to the warehouse and the driver put it into park. Zanzi clmbed out silently and walked to the door. The sign on the door read 'Maintence'. If it had read anything else something would of been up. There might still be something going on, but at least the early bird sweep hadn't found anything. Unlike at the restruant, but their luck there had been extreme. PED didn't like traps unless they were the ones setting it up. If eight hadn't been staking the place out Zanzi knew he probably would be shuffled off somewhere obnoxious to throw off the Miokalian scent until a counter could be found for the spray.

Zanzi knocked three times and then went through the door. The warehouse was devoid of crates or cargo. There was a simple wood table in the center with three chairs. Already sitting at one was the observer. Zanzi knew nothing of the obserer other than higher ups had made it a condition of the meeting. The fur they were meeting had been informed as to the oddity of the arrangment but assured several times that this observer would gain no insight from this meeting that could be used against either organization. At least PED didn't intend to let such a thing occur, and also mentioned that if the observer learned to much they wouldn't feel bad about offing him should the need arrise. And the observer was to know this.

Zanzi nodded to the skinny cat. Zanzi bent over and inspected under the chairs and table. Nothing was hidden there. "Very good," he said in perfect Pargalonian to the cat.

Zanzi took his seat and waited for the emissary from their guest. The emissary arrived promptly at 9:33 as planned. She was a well built canine of some sort. She walked over swiftly.

"I am here to ensure the integrity of this meeting," she said in Tinisian. "My employer awaits my signal and will not enter without it. Would you both please stand so I may ensure you are unarmed."

The pat down went quick. She found Zanzi's cell phone as well as a cell phone and two pocket cameras on the observer. The cameras were removed by the emissary. She also checked under the table and chairs to ensure there were no weapons or other devices hidden there.

"Thank you, this situation meets my approval. I will inform my employer of such."

"You are very welcome," said Zanzi. "Ultaz Mregki." Zanzi was familiar with the canine. PED had some ins with Tinisian mafia types. Primarily when dirty work was needed.

The emissary proceeded to leave. The signal would be done out of sight and neither Zanzi nor the observer would know what it was. So they waited.

Zanzi turned to the observer, "I kind of wish I knew who you were. Because then I'd be able to know what I could talk about here and what I couldn't. Well beyond what little bounds my bosses gave me. For instance, you supposedly know this meeting is to try to get the rogue Cali to join the People for the Elevation of the Directorate. But I'm still a little uncertain weather it would be proper for the other side to voice their decision here and now. I'm also of course worried that you'll be tipping us off to someone. Lacania is a very wanted figured. The bots and the tinisians have an eager desire to see him taken in. His fellow Cali however, probably want him dead more than anything at this point. As for others, well, he probably has a few others wanting his tail as well. I'm just worried you might be linked to one of them. Which could be bad. Or it could be good. If a low end group wanted him gone and they found out he was signing up with some serious north side backers, well, that might get them to play nice. But I don't know. And that's a problem, isn't it?"

As ordered, the cat was perfectly silent. An observer does not speak.

"Good. You do follow instructions," commented Zanzi before going back to waiting.

Eddie (the epsilon agent) and Freddy (Tompte an tinisen agent) sat in no mans land in the south.

"Why are we here?" Freddy asks
"No idea" Eddie replies
"So if we get close enought?"
"No...we need the net"
"Why?"
"Look I'm missing the birth of my first kid...well two most likely"
"Is there another reason?"
"We have to shut down the lot."
"Why?"
"It not just him, there is a lot more going on here"
"What?"
"I don't know, but it would not surprise me if things up north were involved."
"What tinis?"
"No further north"
.......
"Yes the mess up there"
