Many, many years have passed..many, many nations have fallen. The wrath of the mighty Empire of Szect pilleged and burned all within its wake, though strong ..the wills of its people soon began to faulter and dwindle as site of what was to come left their minds. Their once great ideals of a world under their banner were no longer important as they were stripted of their culture..their beliefs...and soon they began to disgrace the very gods they served.
The serpent known as Szect was a malicious and cruel ruler, forcing the nation to serve him and conquer all he wished to control. Though as the legend goes, the very gods Szect opposed finally turned on him...in the form of a newly hatched Drakling. The child grew to know pain, loss, hardship, and the will of a murderer. Though the child did not take this into his heart, he was taught the virtues of life from his wise grandfather..learning honor, faith, loyalty, and most of all love.
When the child came of age and was to become a man, and take under his wing a mate of his own for life..Szect robbed him of this right and raped her in a public show that he was their new god and nothing mattered but him and his great power. When trying to engage the emperor xinnova was beaten and thrown in chains for crimes against the empire.
This child grew his own malice, his own hatred..but also his own love for the people...HIS people. When going on trial he called to the people, for their power..for their wills ..he called for them to stand up against the tyrent Szect and in one massive campaign the people of the Empire tore the very power that took Szect decades to build ...in only a few weeks. When faced with the council the Child...rose up taking up sword in hand and let not a word slip from Szects maw as he slit the emperor's throat in front of all the people. Not only getting an applause the whole nation but also gaining their trust and the Lineage that was only bestowed to the ones with 'True blood' and became the new Emperor.
Vowing not only to bring peace to their once blood covered lands, but to settle a peace with every nation they have ever attacked. Xinnova made quick work of his promises to the people, giving them free education and food he was rebuilding their power..but not for war, but for the greater good of his people.
