In one months time the nation of Llewellynlland will be testing an unpredictable reaction. The test will take place well outside the atmosphere but unexpected EM discharge may affect long range transmissions. As to what we are testing we cannot say at this time.

<Interior of 'The Tower' - Command Level>
"Commander Lenord."
The thin red fox responds, "To be honest, we have no idea what they mean by reaction. Joel, I suggest we make sure the pattern defense system is ready and then make sure its active when they do what ever it is they are planning. Of course our satellites will be monitoring any launches."
The Supreme Commander of Tinis nods. "What about Dawn Sister? Will it be affected by an EMP?"
Commander Ovrin Lenord chuckles. "I doubt it. So far with only a structural portion launched with very little electronics, the changes of catastrophy are zero. At most a couple parts will have to be replaced when our so called partners in this venture finally get us more modules."
"Ovrin, you know you are very lucky to have the federation behind Dawn Sister at all."
"Sorry Joel, I don't share the optimism of you and the dragon for the federation. So far our involvement has been nothing but trouble. How many of our troops are deployed now?"
"You know that answer," says the wolf as he crosses his arms.
"Yes I do," Ovrin smiles.
Epshrin returns the smile. "Funny that you know so much about the army when you're only in charge of space activities."
"I keep tabs. Its always a good idea. You know that."
The stare at each other. Finally Commander Lenord says, "I only wish Llewellynlland wasn't so difficult. They don't give up any information easily do they?"
"Not really. But their behavior in the past singals that they are not a threat and have no intention of becoming such."
The fox waves his tail about while tapping his temple, "But we must always fear what we don't know. For what we don't know can always hurt us. Secrets are our enemy, and they have to many."
The Supreme Commander turns away. "You're fear of the unknown is doly noted. Now leave."

Your warning is noted - satalites will be placed into solar-flare mode for EMP resistance. Television and communication may be disrupted for a short time as services are moved to other media.
(*Most are - but a few, of course, remain active to point their various sensors in the direction of the test*)

"This is the Diplomat Harvey, of The great Big Wet Thing. In light of recent events, we would apriciate it if you would relate more information on the test you plan to conduct. Such information might include where exactly the test shall take place, what efects can be expected from the test, and any other relevent information. While we understand a want of secracy, we have valuable and vital systems that may be effected by this test and will need to take proper precautions to avoid unfrotunate incidents. Thank you."

Untill the current situation is resolved all high risk prodjects have been sut down and secured. On the matter of the projects current whereabouts it is secure and inactive that is all I can say. We are currently diverting support to humanitarian efforts. Please accept my assurances that the project is well protected.
