Greetings

I have been asked to talk to the fed, many people do want me back. How ever I will never return with my tail between my legs. I will say i had a bad time but I expected better treatment a block for the time I was having my probs. Not a band.

I will not return cowed.

But I will return on mutual terms.

I think the whole situation was caused by everyone in some way. Be it Pic being an idiot at times, me and Aluez being too FT in MT/PMT, and even the way the original situation came about. So I will throw out the problems I have observed of late and hope they can be resolved. Of course, I intend to throw these at those I have seen problems with.

• You were drinking, a lot, and making a complete fool of yourself. It was annoying and bothering all of us. I believe that this is what caused most of the problems at the time. You were belligerent while drinking and threw logic and reasoning out the window. Your posting was incoherent, at best, and then whenever we'd ask for clarification we'd go around in circles for hours for an answer. This, first and foremost, is what I'd want resolved. It would hinder any attempts at solving conflicts that may arise.
  
  
• You, as your leaving thread showed, were grabbing at straws at logic that made no sense whatsoever. Such as accusing me of plagiarism. Then you'd read whatever we posted as something entirely different. Such as me saying I didn't come here for fun and friends originally as me saying I am just using everyone. This obviously causes problems when you put words we didn't say in our mouths.
  
  
• You have a tendency to not tell us anything. If something bugged you (such as me calling a woman a whore) you keep it bottled up. We're more than willing to work out issues if you bring them up. Along with this is you not informing us of RL issues, but expecting us to know about them (this information was gathered via IRC chats post-banning). We are more than willing to you help you if you just tell us. Not doing so and keeping them bottled up resulted in the explosions we saw of anger coming out in us all. I think that in some way we need to be able to talk to each other freely and inform everyone of issues so we know how to react appropriately in the event a real life situation arises.

• One of the biggest issues I have with you is bringing OOC drama into IC posts, and IC drama into OOC interaction. It has been irritating, to me at least. It makes communication with you difficult to me. While I don't know if others have noticed this, but I am simply stating my issue. The way this ties in with the current situation is that you seemed to be very hostile toward pic at all times, even if he was doing nothing wrong. It felt like whatever you were saying about him ICly was being brought OOC into the IRC.

• Honestly, your handling of the situation irked me a bit. While we got things settled among ourselves to a degree, I feel it could have been handled differently. I believe what should have been done was a temporary ban instead of a complete one. Allow a chance to cool off. After that argument in the other thread, none of us were thinking clearly. Granted you laid out an ultimatum, but you never told us how he went about breaking it (never told me at least and I am going on what I know). Nevermind, just banning him was the right idea.

Utterly unaccepted (Sorry calling a woman a whore is utterly unacceptable.).
The fact you think it so was one of the reasons I left, if calling a female a whore is acceptable in the fed the I don't want to come back.

BUT not reading on is just rehashing the problems I was having with you when you were drinking. You acknowledged the first point and repeated it in the same post.

I did read on but what you said is endemic of the new crowd. I am clear on what I will not put up with and the new guys (certain people left out) seem to view things I find utterly unacceptable as policy, by nature. For the Evils.

Sorry the fed was not like that but when I joined. If you want wars as so many of the new guys seem to...let the fed go that way. I will not be there, I preferred making deals and such.

War was always the last resort in the years I was there we never had a war. But if tinins want's the region to become warring it is not my place to say as it is clear I would not be there.

If I was I would leave.

No no, it's not that we want war, we're just playing with heightened tensions. It wouldn't ever spill over to a real conflict (though I know of at least one person that does want a war). Sure there was some fighting among NPCs that we came up with, but nothing between players. And I don't believe there will ever be fighting between the players.

Even you have said that you didn't mind the "saber rattling" that we were doing, to an extent (and I believe that, around the time you were leaving, it was starting to get out of hand). And, among the so-called "new guys", you've only rarely tried to solve things diplomatically. So you can't say you like to make deals when you've never really tried to with us. I know there was War of Words with me, but that was the only real semi-diplomatic thread started by you. I think all of us were open to diplomacy, but none really took the initiative in trying to fix it.

And please, make very clear the kind of policies of ours you find unacceptable. Because you're really not all that clear with us. Again, this boils down to 'how can we know if you never say anything?'. I know of only one or two things you find unacceptable. If there's more, if I don't know, I doubt the rest of us (us being the "new guys") know.

Well this is moot as tinis has been here an daned it not worth his time.

I am not sure if I would want to rejoin a region where the leader has done a bunk and left it, effectively, to me to keep things going. I will not come crawling back with my tail between my legs. Sorry tinis you had stuff to do and ignored the region and oddly now you have time for it.

I will come back only under my terms, that's it.
