10 A.S. The Alenian Unity Hall, the center stage for diplomacy, law, order, and unity itself… In this structure, wars are started, and ended; criminals are brought to justice in the hallowed halls of this building, and every diplomatic event regarding the growing country is brought here, before the council of leaders. This structure stands in the center of the city, surrounded by a botanical garden as a buffer of 500 feet between the hall and city. The hall itself being 18 stories high, white in color, and embroidered with gold and marble. The windows being made of a strange yet beautiful blue crystal which glowed brightly at night from what people suspected the lights from the rooms. The steps were made of black marble, and the doors made of heavy oak. The building was surrounded by a 450 foot high wall with ten towers around it, each usually having three snipers and a Plasflak cannon at the top of it. The walls patrolled by armed soldiers in groups of three or more. Within this hall one would be greeted by a mocha colored tile floor and walls, gold ceiling above ones head which depicted usually some famous artwork. On the first floor from the main entrance, one would find their way into the main meeting hall, big enough to host a meeting between 2500 diplomats if need be. The hall being a half circle and the wall lined with the seats of the Leaders at the very center of the hall. Throughout the floors of the fifth to tenth, were smaller halls, built for multiple purposes… no one truly knew if these halls changed every time they were used, but it was eerie enough to see a meeting room go from packed for a corporate deal, to being used for a court room the next day for a murder trial! Of course, above this grand hall was the infamous battlecruiser Versailles, which served as headquarters for the Aluezi military. Midnight, Curfew in effect for all non-military personnel Bells of clocktowers sounded off all across the city as military patrols made their way through the streets on their usual rounds. Search lights scanning across the streets near the hall from either a skyship drifting slowly along it’s patrol path, or the battlecruiser that was only 700 feet above the hall itself! “All citizens are to remain in their homes, violators will be arrested on the spot!” shouted a voice from the city’s PA system, which was a precaution for the government due to Salnai’s recent threat of terrorism against Aluez. Within the hall, the leadership had gathered for a meeting of the minds… and to hopefully open doors with whoever decided to show up.
To: Nations of the world From: The Aluezi Council of Leadership Greetings! If you are reading this telegram, that means we have invited you to open doors with us in the form of diplomacy. To clear up misunderstandings of the past, and to forward our future through Unity, Peace, Prosperity, and Happiness of our people. Please be aware that our city is currently under severe lockdown due to threats from our international neighbors. And we ask that you do please abide by our laws while in our country… Hope to see you soon!
OOC: OKAY! THIS IS A PURE DIPLOMACY THREAD!! Both International and Local What does this mean? It means if you show up with 94148214712984729856128562138796528975162875612387568273 armed soldiers, that battlecruiser will Ion you into the dirt and make sure your dead! Maximum protection I will allow is TWO guards per diplomat. Hate to do that, but with the last incidents? I am not gonna have a war starting off the bat! Aluezi law is to be respected here, which means guns are not part of diplomacy. Guards WILL search you, and WILL take any weapons they find until you depart for home. You have no diplomatic immunity here, which means if you screw up by hurting/killing someone, YOU’RE ARRESTED! Keep the wankery to a minimum. For the love of God, I know you think your nation is “The Shit”, but don’t go saying things like “I will bombard you into dust!” or “You have no respect for Royal code! SCUM!!” and acting like you control the world. It’s not cool, and will probably get you thrown out and beaten with a salami. Toodles! *wonders where this will lead*

To: The Aluezi Council of Leadership From: Governor's Office, Confederacy of Aatuylva
We always have time for our friends to the east, and it is good to see you finally opening up to the world, though the world is harsh, there are shining bits, aren't there? I've authorized our arbitors in Tyr to head on over, I would come myself but I've got a rather nasty budget shortfall that's got to be rooted out, I do hope that you don't mind if all the city-states send representatives? It has been tradition, of course, for the entire Confederacy to send observers to these kinds of things.
---Eric Dunsel
OOC: Will post later about them arriving after talking to Aluez about something :3

To: The Aluezi Council of Leadership From: Al Foreign Sectary, Foreign Office, Executive Spire, Parliamentary Complex, Tel, RC
Greetings
I would be more than happy to attend. Though I have to say I would assume some degree of diplomatic protection against laws that are different from those back home for my party. Obviously not obvious laws, just smaller ones. As for being searched I assume this will not include our diplomatic bags that may contain private documents. I have no problem with them being scanned for weapons or other substances but I would rather that there was not a hand searched.
I will not be bringing any guards as I assume your people will look after my and my parties protection.
Though, I would be remiss, to not acknowledge, that we are not the most popular people in the north so my parties small unarmed jet will be escorted to your air space, how ever it will brake off before entering it. We ask that if possible your air force continues the escort.
I hope these are reasonable requests.
My party will have only five members, none will be armed, if you wish details, do not hesitate to ask.
Yours
Al (Foreign Sectary)

To: Al Foreign Sectary From: The Aluezi Council of Leadership
Greetings!
We are thrilled that you will be attending our convention. And yes, our laws are indeed different from yours. The US isn’t like Switzerland is it?
And yes, we will scan the bags, but in the event that we cannot peer into the bag, we will have to search it by hand. So we would appreciate it you bring a regular bag as opposed to one that doesn’t allow scanners to peer into. (this of course is a rumor we have heard in rumblings)
Hope to see you soon! We will give you any information you require once you arrive.
To: Govenors office From: The Aluezi Council of Leadership
Greetings!
We have no objections to this, please, send whoever you wish! Except a wild wraith…
But I am sure whoever you send will be quite the joyous group of people to have within our hall

Al flew up north one of the others asked him "Why are you not here in an ensemble?"
Al said quietly "These people don't understand elegance, If they do they will brioche the question. We gave the ASE one. Like they understood it."
The commonwealth escorts split off.
The rest of the his people looked worried only Al told the captain to go on. He looked worried for the air craft to enter the air space. His flight contained himself and four others including his pilot.

Probably should've taken a heli instead...
The young lynx sighed, looking out the darkened windows of the train car. There wasn't all that much to see. Once you got past all the armor, and the spikes that jutted out at random angles, all that could be seen was darkness. The Tyr-Alenia junction was mostly underground, going through the hills and mountains to several checking stations build into a cavern, to ensure none of the more...interesting biologicals from either country escaped into the other. His train had gotten past the second checkpoint already, and they were getting ready to head for the final gate, where massive doors would finally open them to the outside...
The rest of the Aatuylvan delegation was probably already there, having taken helis or an Aluezian air transport, but Doran still wasn't convinced that anything that flew was ever safe, what with how the military withholds so much...
He looked down at his pocketwatch, his ears twitching.
Not long now...then beautiful sunlight...at least, in six hours...sigh..

By the time the train came out of the tunnel and entered the city, search lights were already on the vehicle, guns trained out of habit on the train as it approached the station. “Welcome ambassador to Alenia, we apologize for the security measures in place, but with the threat of terrorism from our neighbors, we have no choice but to keep our citizens and our allies present here, safe!” said the captain of one of the skyships over a loud speaker, the ship following the train all the way to the station before moving on in it’s patrol route.
A Hoverdyne pulled up at the station and the driver stepped out, being no one else but Liska. “Please be a nice person…” she thought, she was of age now, granted, but that meant nothing when it came to manners… and looking young.
Three black fighters spun up from the mountain range and fell in behind the Cali plane, tailing them until one of the pilots got a look at the markings on the side of the craft. “This one is clean, continue with patrol” the three valkyries broke off before jetting away, not caring if they had scared the Cali to death or not with their presence.
“Attention Incoming flight, please identify yourselves or you will be shot out of the sky” said Alenia Air Traffic Control, repeating the warning in every language they knew.

"Oh..well..that's quite alright...the others, did they make it fine then?"
He looked at the contraption, shuddering a bit. At least with the Aatuylvan ones you could see what did the moving...
"I...err...don't you think you're a little young to be flying me around? No offense, but you look a bit young for...however old you are."

Oddly the fighters had reassured the people on the commonwealth flight, The fact that they had not been shot down by them suggested they were being tracked and so would be defended by the Aluez air force.
The pilot sighed and muttered unfortunately with the mic open "Isn't that last bit redundant?".
The fact was the commonwealth air force would do the same to an unknown craft on track to any major city or installation, though they would have stayed in sight in case there was a radio problem. Then they would try and force them down, but if that didn't work they would drop the intruder. The pilot was ex-air force and figured any nation with sense would do the same...though this lot seemed to have go from "Er and you would be" to "target" kinda quick.
"This is Royal Commonwealth Diplomatic Courier Wan Lanintano en, I believe I am expected with my cargo. Please acknowledge and provide vectoring, runway and local weather." Came the pilots reply.
Lanintano had been a courier for a while and knew to never say what you were carrying over open radio communications, the last thing you wanted to do was let some nutter on the ground know you had something important. Saying you were carrying a minister or anything like that tended to invite problems from eves droppers....that and the commonwealth was keeping this low key for the moment.
The last bit of the message was largely to try and keep the controllers on the ground calm as it was a fairly standard request, even though she knew what the local weather was.

“Roger roger, we have been expecting you for some time, please proceed to runway three, we have illuminated it for you” the runway to the left of the plane turned red as it began to signal the plane for landing.
“We apologize for the redundancy, we have had radar problems due to an airstrike earlier today, your ride will be waiting for you when you depart with your cargo, and with international flights passing over, we need to repeat in every language” the controller then switched off his mic. “Are the Sanctuary people off the runway yet?”
“Yes sir, they just left”
“Good…”
Liska couldn’t help but blush slightly at the comment, but had it hidden in her darker fur. “I’m 24, now come on, we don’t need to linger!” she motioned for the minister to come and get in the vehicle, opening the passenger side door for him.

Wan Lanintano en would have preferred a vector, but this seemed that this was how things were done here. He landed on the illuminated runway. He sat for a second and asked "Gate or drop off point?"
He didn't know this air port...if it was one. But figured they would figure his conundrum.

"The gate, it should be the same number as the runway you're on" the gate flickered as it awaited their docking.
Within the airport, several guards had gathered around the gate, all armed with assault rifles as they prepared to escort the Ambassador to his vehicle.

Wan Lanintano en smiled as the small jet was most likely to be a little low for the gate as it was only a private jet in size. Al laughed a little. The jet was small dwafted by it's neighbours.
She parked it as near as possible. But the thing was was minute compared to everything else.
Al decided against opening it's door and steps until the locals realised who small the craft was. The craft's door provided it's own steps.

As the jet came to a stop, they’d hear a high pitch whine from under the jet, before noticing they were being lifted up, and toward the gate to where they could depart.
“Annoying private jets…” muttered one of the dock workers as he opened the door from the outside. “Greetings! You can depart now!” he said, giving a smile toward them before turning to the guards, giving a salute toward them.
The guards were decked out in their usual skinsuit armor, including the helmet to conceal their identities. “Please come with us Ambassador” said the sergeant of the group, holding out hir hand to him as a jesture of friendship.

"Terribly sorry..."
Oh gods...
He hesitated for only a few moments before stepping into the contraption, finding the buckles and straps after a minute of fumbling around.
"You are...quite sure we aren't going to be dropping out of the sky, yes?"
