"Oh" Rappizon smiled. "Just call me rappy, the southerners do and we kinda need a dry run. Well if we screwed up with a real VIP who knows what would happen." she continued with a laugh. They approached the VIP terminal, it was clear that the gates were still under construction. Unlike the other gates these had to be capable of dealing with almost anything. She drove them into the marble clad reception area. "If you wish to freshen up we have facilities, or wish to eat. Well pretty much everything. If you wish to head to your game, we can get you there in ten minutes. If you wish to be fashionably late that is fine. But the people your playing might get an advantage." General IX"I'll go straight to the game. I figure that any thing else can come after. And the thing about me not being a real VIP was a joke. I am, if you want to get technical, the head of state of the Anean colony. I just don't think of myself as overly important."

Rappy smiled "I knew, but we prefer to treat people as they want here. If you want to be one of us, fine. If you want to look down on the staff fine, we get paid either way.
Playing your self down would probably work best with our southern friends.
I still have to get my head round how they work, I mean they are monarchies but don't have much respect for most of their nobles or monarchs . They have little government but some how built this place and their wealth. None of it makes sense to me. I prefer not to think about it too much as it gives me a headache."
"Anyway If you follow me down the stairs I will get you to your kit." She smiled and tapped her ear piece. "You are cleared to go...for an anarchy they are oddly organised." Rappy added as she took them to the kit.
It was a small train, electric and very pleasant, with leather arm chairs and small tables. The on train staff waiting the tables had flowers on them and one had snacks, freshly cooked. It was clear the commonwealth knew how to treat VIPs and this place might be worth an official visit.
Rappy quickly started ordering the train staff about.
She sighed "You won't get much of a view as the only time this train is likely to be above ground is on the bridge and the worst thing about being on the bridge is you can't see it."

They are all important in some way. "But as for the views, it is fine. I am sure I will see quite a lot more when I get off the train."

Rappy smiled "You have to see the bridge they let the engineer go nuts, you look like the kind of guy that likes massively over engineered stuff. Dig in to the snacks otherwise the train staff will have them."
We should be at the station nearest to the course in ten, and if you walk fast you will be on time.

Rappy smiled "I would not worry about the people, this train is run by the CMT s third org. One third owned by the commissioning org, in this case the gov of the new city, a third by the users and a third by the employees. So you can guess they will not stave."
"These kinda things are common in the commonwealth, one of the reasons the place makes no sense to me."

But, if it works, who is to stop it right?"

Rappy smilled "Seems to be how they work I honestly have no idea how the places works, but I think they don't either"
Rappy smiled "Well we're here good luck!"

I headed off the train with my bag in hand. Nakhi is still carrying my clubs. I assumed where the golf course be and walked toward it at a fair speed. I wonder how many people would give me a look because of my uniform. No matter. After some time, I reached the golf course. Now to look for the person I am meeting. Nakhi said, "Do I haaaaaaave to wear this stupid outfit?" "Yes!'

"Sir, IX has landed in the new city," said the aid. "So far no incidents."
The fox shrugged. He was a busy person but he had been asked to be kept up to date on this. The whole war of words about the tax and the sinking of ships had been unexpected to the First Speaker, whom prided himself on anticipating unusual political moves. He has watched the best do just that since he was a kit on TV. "If someone ends up being shot, let me know of course." He was actually feeling a little nervous. The new visitors to the world were outside his usual means of understanding. He had to learn more about them and fast. "And, no direct spying on what ever they're up to," he requested. "Hell, if one of our guys sees one of Krel's goons trying to do that, have them smack them or something."
The aid nodded to First Speaker Lenord before scampering off. Lenord hated that he had no control over if this visit would lead to war on their shores or not. He looked down at his desk. The chamber had just gone to recess. There was a paper for an emergency session. Just in case things went south.
If there was to be war, there'd be voices calling for a side to be picked. The fox honestly didn't know which way to go.
He needed to know more about them. He pulled out the report from the secretary of state again and began reading. He had read it a dozen times already.

"And?" says Tod as he passed through airport security with his friend and son, the trio seeming happy to be in the city. "We have no trouble here... we aren't here as soldiers, as diplomats, but merely as citizens of Aluez, that are on vacation" he picked up his bag and looked at the tag, which was marked all clear it seemed, same with the others bags. "Now then... we check in at the hotel, then maybe... go sight seeing about the city" Angel smirked a bit before patting Tod on the back. "How about the beach? If... there is such a thing in this country" she says, looking down at Alani "I wonder if he has to wear pants..." "Doubt it" Tod picked up a second bag, this one looking a bit heavier than usual. "Whooaa... okay, did Casper pack this thing wrong again, because it's gonna kill me at this rate" he shoots a glare toward it before unzipping it and going through it... of course, the usual things inside of it, except for one... small... item... "He... gave me an Aura crystal... cute, real cute" "Oh quit yer whining" she picks up Alani who squeed and wriggled about in her arms. "Now then, the Crescent Moon Hotel is where we are headed, right?" Tod nodded and reached in his back pocket when a guard approached him. "Can I help y- Oh! My other bag" he smiles nervously before accepting the suitcase, patting the guard on the back before watching him wander off. "Glad he caught me..." he sighs and smiles at Alani and Angel, before heading for the main exit... maybe they could have a decent vacation in another country without being shot at or anything. ---- Orillion pressed the call button on his communicator to try and contact IX, just to tell him something important. He wondered in the back of his mind if he would even answer. "Colonel Indigo has reported no incidents in the central oceans, shipments to Aluez are going as planned"

"Colonel Indigo has reported no incidents in the central oceans, shipments to Aluez are going as planned" General IXDid my communicator just go off? Odd.. I fished it out of my pocket and then pressed the button on it. "This is General IX. Who just contacted me?"

"Your grandmother, it's Orillion" he chuckles softly before tapping a finger next to the communications console. "I'd just like to inform you that your foxy is going to be in the city... might wanna contact him if you wish" he smirked, then hung up.

"I'd just like to inform you that your foxy is going to be in the city... might wanna contact him if you wish" he smirked, then hung up. General IX... "I have to go." I said. Nakhi said, "What?" "This isn't going to work." I headed back down the road toward the station. "What happened?" "Don't worry about it. I will see you back at the colony. Play the game for me. At least make it seem like someone was here. Just say I was feeling ill or something." "Uh... okay." He headed for the golf course. I was in a great mood today.... but that asshole Orillion... or whatever he called himself ruined it. No one mentions my family. Any Anean knows that much. I just want to go back to the Colony. Sleep. Forget it ever happened. Colonel Nakhi WelhanI headed into the golf course when it hit me. The guy mentioned IX's family unintentionally. Oh well, IX should be fine. I looked around for the person IX was talking with yesterday.

After everyone had settled into the hotel and began to stretch things out, Tod decided to go for a walk, and soon found himself at the local train station... he waited on the bench, humming softly to himself as he played around with the armstraps of his tank top.
He happened to look up when he noticed someone familiar in the crowd... it couldn't be, could it? After all, what could he be doing in a place like this?
